Meet Robyn Messerschmidt
We'd like to introduce you to Robyn Messerschmidt, the newst member of the Signworks Inc. team. Robyn joined us a few months ago as our bookkeeper, and we wonder how we ever functioned without her!
Robyn was attracted to her position at Signworks because we are a family-owned company. In her previous 25-year career, Robyn has worked for three companies: a tourist attraction, an electrical contractor and an audio copany-all of which were family-owned. She appreciates the environment.
"I was very intrigued by the longevity of the company," Robyn said about our history that spans more than eight decades. "And the fact that Signworks is female-owned made it even better."
Robyn has learned a lot about the sign industry in her short tenture with us, and has been most surprised by the size of the signs.
"Seeing the massive size of the signs is incredible," she said. "You do not realize how big they are when you see them on a building. The design and manufacturing of the signs are forms of art, and we have incredibly talented people at Signworks."
Robyn moved to Omaha from Flagstaff, AZ to be closer to her children. She and her husband have been married for 23 years and have just welcomed their first grandchild. She is also very involved in her church and enjoys serving however she is needed.
"I love working at Sigworks, the people here are great!" Robyn said. "Everyone says good morning, and throughout the day you hear laughter. These are the hardest working people I have ever worked with!"
