New Signage at The Bull Moose
If you've driven through the Field Club neighborhood lately, you may have noticed changes to the Center St. cooridor. New businesses and restaurants have opened, traffic and activity has increased.
One of these new businesses is The Bull Moose, a bar located at 36th and Center. The Bull Moose opened in February of 2022, and Signworks was proud to create a new sign faces for the existing illuminated pole sign to attract and invite new customers.
The Bull Moose bar is a venture of Evergreen Enterprises, which also owns Site-1 Brewing at 26th and Farnam, and Sunnyside on Center, a breakfast restaurant at 25th and Center St. Signworks loves to see businesses commit to established Omaha neighborhoods, so we are thrilled to see the development along Center St. in the Field Club neighborhood.
The theme and name of The Bull Moose bar pays homage to Teddy Roosevelt. A photo of the 26th president of the United State on the green nearby Field Club fills an interior wall at the bar. The photo dates back to 1910 when Roosevelt was campaigning in Omaha for a new political party, The Bull Moose. He wasn't successful in his bid to create the party, but he certainly left his mark on US politics and history. Signature cocktails at The Bull Moose honor Roosevelt, and golf enthusiasts can also find specialty cocktails to fit their fancy.
The Bull Moose can't wait to welcome Field Club golfers when the weather warms, and in the meantime is excited to establish relationships with the regulars from the neighborhood and visitors to the area. In addition to serving signature cocktails and four Site-1 beers on tap, the bar offers domestic beers, wine and a full selection of cocktails. Patrons can also take their chance with the Lucky Duck Shot-a mallard duck gumball machine that dispenses a choice of shots.
Evergreen Enterprises plans to expand both Sunnywide and Site-1 Brewing with a new location in Elkhorn. Congratulations on your success, thank you for your business and we are looking forward to visits to The Bull Moose!
